Charming House Olea

Semi-detached house in a sunny position, very close to the sea (15 min walk) and the beach. The house is new, made in 2017.

Enjoy its 151sqm, with a large living room with two big couches that are pulled out into Queen size bed (160 x 200 cm) with 46″ flat-screen TV SAT, two master bedrooms with king size beds (160 x 200 cm), fully equipped kitchen with dining area, two comfortable bathrooms and furnished terrace with beautiful teek table for 10 people. In fully equipped kitchen you can use a dishwasher, large fridge, oven, electric stove, microwave and coffee machine.  Air conditioning and free WiFi access included. We provide all bed linen and towels.

The guests can enjoy use of a jacuzzi, a swimming pool, a barbecue and a children’s playground.

House Rules & Additional Payments

  • Check-in: 15:00 – 18:00h / 3PM – 6PM
  • Check-out: 08:00 – 10:00h / 8AM – 10AM 

Compulsory extra costs

  • According to local regulations, every guest is obliged to pay the sojourn tax fee on arrival, in the amount of approximately 2.00€ per person per day, payable in cash!
  • Final cleaning 200€, payable online during reservation process or in resort in cash.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.

Cancellation policy

  • The reservation will be held by 24 hours on arrival date.
  • Guests can cancel up to 90 days before arrival with 80% refund.
  • In case of no-show, guests will receive no refund.
  • In case of departure in the middle of their reservation dates, there will be no refund.
  • Additional payment for cleaning will be refunded in case of cancellation.

Sales policy

  • Valid credit card required (MasterCard, Diners, Maestro, Visa).
  • The full reservation price is payed immediately.
  • Secure payment processed through WSPay payment gateway.
