Sales policy
We thank you for your interest in reservation. Please take note of our sales policy:
- Valid credit card required (MasterCard, Maestro, Visa).
- The full reservation price is payed immediately.
- Secure payment processed through WSPay payment gateway
- Check-in time is from 15:00 to 18:00h on arrival day.
- Check-out time is between 08:00 and 10:00h on departure day.
- Should you wish to modify or cancel a confirmed reservation, you need to contact us directly at [email protected].

Olea Residence reserves the right to reject, cancel or modify reservations where it appears that the above contain or have resulted from a mistake or error.
Cancellation policy
The reservation will be held for 24 hours on arrival date.
- Guests can cancel up to 90 days before arrival with 80% refund.
- In case of no-show, guests will receive no refund.
- In case of departure in the middle of their reservation dates, there will be no refund.
- Additional payment for cleaning will be refunded in case of cancellation.
